Have you noticed that our community is busy with new and ongoing projects this Christmas? The Listen and Learn Club of Bonesteel is lending assistance to these important ventures. Post 36 Fitness, Cougar Cubs Daycare and the South Central Backpack Program were each given $500. The Club raised money with its alumni church service and lunch in the park in June and also made homemade candy for a Candy Shoppe during the Christmas Fair in November. The Club also assists with other projects whenever needed. Other Listen and Learn Club members not pictured are Coreen Hausmann, Nettie Walth, Cheryl Jons, Crystal Manthey, Heather Menkens, Jeanne Davis, Roberta Witt and Sue Vogt.
