The Bonesteel Supper Club has reopened on Main Street Bonesteel. This dining establishment is always a favorite known for tasty meals and impressive buffets.
Owner and cook John Ziebro officially reopened on May 1 and is happy to welcome his customers back.
Hours will be Tuesday through Sunday 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. as well as a Sunday buffet from 11:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. The bar will be open Thursday through Sunday 5:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.
Ziebro is excited to introduce a new concept of the “Chalkboard Menu,” with ever changing items as the seasons allow. As always, meals are professionally prepared by John, who is a Culinary Institute of America chef.

As with many businesses in the area, it is a challenge to find help and Ziebro is definitely running into that issue. He is optimistic that he will be able to have a consistent staff to remain open the hours he has set. If you are interested in being a server or bartender, please contact John.
